i think aupam should learn some ethics. if someone is rejecting his offer says you're here for marketing etc etc. so here the question raised how can he participate in a business if he couldn't understand someone point of view. the vision should be match in business.

But it's true isn't it. He had a well built business. He was going to make more eventually. They had already peaked the online market. All they needed was capture the offline market. With that a deal for royalty wasn't bad. They weren't going to go into loss.
