the last pitch - I knew Anupam would be the only one interested as he is extremely health conscious and does look younger than he is. but honestly I personally do not support supplements as they have side effects from person to person like any other medicine. My personal anti aging formula is to completely avoid everything white - white rice, white flour, salt sugar and dairy. secondly completely avoid all kinds of refined oil. Either use organic ghee or cold pressed coconut or olive oil. If one can avoid these categories of food and does atleast an hour of physical activity, anyone can reverse aging. I am strict vegetarian and 80 % of my diet is gluten and dairy free and I regularly go to the gym. I am 49 but look under 40. I travel solo to the mountains - Himachal, Uttrakhand, Kashmir ect and do not feel tired with all that hike and walking. Its just being honest to yourself and being disciplined. nobody even knew of supplements 70-80 years ago. they just ate right and worked hard and lived without any lifestyle diseases for over 90 years. its only since last 50 years that obesity and diabetics, thyroid imbalance has become almost like a pandemic. Even small kids have diabetics and thyroid issues. the culprit is extreme use of technology, hormone and antibiotics injected dairy and meat items, excessive use of pesticides and stress. If one just sits back and thinks and eats consciously, anyone can lead a healthy life and reverse aging.
