Pitchford Hall at The North Norfolk

Excellent Peter. Pitchford Hall is one of my favourite locos, so delighted to see her for the first time since her move to the back of beyond! Unfortunately we chose to visit the Gala on the first Saturday of the Gala (before she arrived) which was the wettest Norfolk day in a long time. The poor choice of date was compounded by the unfortunate incident involving the Brit and the standard. The latter has been running recently thank goodness..

Thanks Mike, I can understand the attraction of Pitchford Hall…she both looks and sounds great! I have to say; I take my hat off to you and those other brave souls who braved abysmal weather during the March Gala. A challenge to far for me I’m afraid!...
