Dan I have a question you may not ever get. I’m 52 years old and play in a men’s league. I pitched in high school, but I stopped pitching and became a position player after high school. I played baseball till I was thirty and made a come back at 45 years old. I tried to pitch at 46 but I had command issues. Last season I didn’t play because of Covid-19. I bought a net and threw into it and my command improved. My question is at 52 I don’t have the velocity I had when I was young. I always had and still have a great curveball. Would you have any advice on pitching strategy for a guy like me who doesn’t have great velocity.

What about a change up first pitch? In my experience so many see it and just take it
