Oh glad you liked that result Cbear K. During my first year of filming I wasn't using anything special and hence, that's why the videos were so "wobbly" with that irritating up-and-down movement. I then started digging in finding a solution and came up with a kind of stabilization system under the selfie stick which eliminates (mostly) that movment! I truly hate that movement when watching these kind of videos so... Sometimes in crowdy towns I don't use it though, as it's rather heavy and bulky, but the difference are indeed quite something) Glad somebody can recognize this and appreciate it!

@@sami8009 yes Jewish community preceded Christians not only in Pitigliano but in Rome itself, it's not by chance that one of the three main roots of Roman cuisine is Jewish to this day. @@paperinik69 There is a story in the Talmud - one of some depicting the relations between Rabbi Yehuda the Prince with a Roman ceasar, Antoninus - that tells about a meal that the both had in the house of the Jewish sage. It was a Shabbat feast and the Roman ceasar enjoyed it very much. He asked for the recipe. When they met again, the Roman expressed his disappointment, becaue it wasn't as tasty as the one he ate the first time. The Jewish sage told him that that one had a special spice called Shavat. The letters of Shabbat and Shavat are the same in Hebrew. It's true that there is such a spice, but the lesson was that the spirituality of the holy day, Shabbat, is what renders this dish a special material taste. We are commanded to eat three meals every Shabbat, This is actualy the only Torah commandment that is aimed to give a material pleasure. The target of the rest of the commandments is not to materially enjoy in this ephemeral world, but to depart a spiritual eternal joy.
