Pitkin to Aspen - Taylor Pass (3DR Solo DJI OSMO GoPro)

Had some friends visit for a week, so we went on a trip! Took RZRs and dirtbikes from Pitkin, CO to Aspen, CO. We passed over Cumberland Pass to Tin Cup, through Taylor Park, and up Taylor Pass. An amazing ride!

Great video! I rode it also and I I recall the first part of Taylor Pass was intense also. It was cool riding down Aspen Mountain/AJAX into downtown Aspen for lunch.

Great video. Heading that way in a couple of weeks. Hoping you can share trail numbers and/or GPS tracks (GPX). Coming in a bit blind and what to make the most of our 3-4 days in our Can Am X3. Would love to hear some suggestions for a short stay. Not afraid of some tougher trails :) Staying at Taylor Park Reservoir

Can't wait for riding season! Got my CanAm Outlander ready for this Springs/Summer. Hitting Easter Jeep Safari for trip #3 to Moab in a few weeks. Then planning to do this ride this summer. Last summer did the Alpine Loop. Also found some riding down by Creede, CO. At the end of summer checking out Sundance, WY offroading.

Before you got to Tincup was that Cumberland Pass the whole way down?

Thanks. Nice video and editing. I am planning a trip to that area. I appreciate the mixed Motorcycle and RZR video. I see many that have one or the other. I have WR250F and wife has a RZR 1000 w/RideCommand. So we look for semi serious trails but not single track... Some dirt road stuff is fun esp with the scenery and no air for us sea level people. I like you can ride into town and park w/o getting the law upset. I wish they weren't so whiny around here. (Dallas area) Did you stay the night on the trail because it was too far for one day or just because it was such a sweet place to camp?

We just camped because that's part of the fun. Note... Last year they banned atvs and non-street legal dirtbikes in Aspen and the ski resort

The creek section is maybe 1/2 mile to 3/4 mile long

Sweeeeeeet! Do you by chance recommend any good LUTS for editing in post production? I just got the Mavic Pro 2 and I'm excited to see how the video turns out! I'm trying to find some great LUTS for the drone footage. 😀

There are some good free LUTs out there, but they all really need a little tweaking. The DJI one is good and then search Mauro Mavic 2 lut, it's pretty solid as well
