That Flour is "Harina P.A.N." from Venezuela. We originally use it to make arepas! our thicker version of the tortillas . But thanks for using something from us. This really bring me joy to see Harina P.A.N. in one of your videos!😁

As a Venezuelan, seeing PAN it's awesome! Hope you like our corn flour as much as we do! Also you should do arepas and fill them with those delicious ribs!
@DanielBin4 жыл бұрын
The flour you're using was created in Venezuela, and it was developed to make AREPAS. Follow the instructions on the back, you won't regret it. You also will find a lot of AREPAS tutorials on KZbin. BTW, you're a very good pitmaster

Here in Venezuela we do that "salsa" with everything, after it's done throw some chicken previously seasoned with that rub you got there and cook it till it's done and juicy... Damn that's good... By the way that corn flour it's a Venezuelan brand PAN it's special for doing Arepas

I’ll be trying to do these ribs this coming weekend 🙌🙌 Nice work

The fact that you're using PAN, from Venezuela, that's just amazing.... You should make some arepas with some brisket

Masarepa (Pan maize flour) is not masa harina - hence Pan is rather made for arepas not for Mexican tortillas. While Pan corn is also processed, it isn’t nixtamaled like flour for tortillas. Maybe it would be great to see Pitmaster X to do some Housemade masa harina dough!

your salsa is almost the same as what we make in Trinidad & Tobago, it's called tomato choka. It's the same process, except we roast the veggies on fire first as opposed to blackening them in a pan. Perhaps try it that way, the depth of flavour is far more intense.

How. Less is bad and more is bad. You need that perfect sweet spot. My stupid step mom never puts enough seasoning. Always cooks meats IN water. Man can't wait to move out and cook food thousands of times more delicious than the garbage she cooks. Tried to tell her but she's dense af.
