I loved how Kia was just napping in the back the whole time 🤣🤣🤣 Well, our jumpstart June was a bit of a flop - trust us 😂😂 you get bloody Rona and I decide to pull down walls and do 95% of the work myself cause I’m a tight arse The thing about us, life keeps throwing these bumps in the road, but - although sometimes very tempting - we are not giving up, 🔥 I’m excited to see what July brings for you honey! You’ve totally got this! Love you !!!! X

Honest video. Calorie restriction is such a delicate thing. I feel a lot about calorie counting too. It's rough.

It is indeed, for the time being I’m not going to be restricting calories I’m going to eat around maintenance so it doesn’t affect my marathon training, I’ll pick back up on being in a proper deficit once training and race is out of the way.

Does this count as a PB, in that you got the highest ever amount of Pits? That's a peak surely 😄 Hopefully next week it's more peaks than pits. Best of luck! 👍🏻🏃‍♂️

You've probably been told this before a bizillion times but,,, I used to get similar GIT issues as you. I'd always need a toilet break and long runs were often ruined. I tried giving up dairy for 3 weeks and it was like somebody flicked a switch in my stomach that was 10yrs ago. Good luck with the fundraising.

Oh this is interesting, like a dairy intolerance? Wondering if it’s worth getting tested for intolerances like gluten etc just incase. Might be worth a shot in amending my diet to cut out dairy and see what happens

@@lauradryden I did even bother getting tested. I guessed I could try either dairy or gluten and set to doing 3 weeks off each. I started with dairy because I love bread, pasta and cereal. I never made it to doing 3 weeks gluten free because the change after quitting dairy was so profound.
