it depends like sometimes it feels small compared to when you’d have a roommate but most of the time i don’t mind it bc it’s all my space like i’m not sharing it with anyone. and sometimes i do miss having a roommate just for the social aspect. i feel like lothrop is very quiet like i’ve met one girl on my floor and that’s it no one really talks to each other much but it might be different for the freshmen idk. bathrooms aren’t really bad the showers are fine since its communal

hey i'm gonna be living in lothrop next year and i was just wondering ab how the fitness center is. are there weight/strength-training machines? is it a good gym?

i went in there a few times i don’t work out a ton but i would say there’s a decent variety of machines to use and like dumbbells and stuff

i will say sophomore year is SO MUCH BETTER i didn’t really find my place until this year but last year was okay too :)
