Just read your full comment! My best guess on a track prepped Cayman is around 1:57-58 if everything goes right. I like your speed thru the kink. Wish I still had the nerve to do that!

You got me on the first lap and my son-in-law on the next lap. Based on the Gs you were carrying in the corners you must be using track tires. About the best I've ever done with Super Sports is 1.1.

Hi Rob!, it was a blast running Pitt Race and I am looking forward to doing it again this year as well. My car was running pretty good that day if not for some pretty poor downshifting on my part, but yes, I was running a new set of R888R's. I have since gone onto Hoosier R7's and I am hoping with some much smoother driving and the added grip of the R7's to shave a few seconds off my lap time - hope to see you out there!
