Hyung-ho Kang is said to have been good at high notes even before his transformation period. After a period of transformation, he tried again and was able to sing high notes. He imitated a famous high-pitched singer in Korea and knew that he could do the same high-pitched notes as that singer. He loved rock music and had a knack for high notes. During his college years he was active in a rock club and performed a lot. Even after getting a job, he performed rock concerts at work clubs, and all of that experience serves as the foundation for his current career. Although he is known as an amateur, he has performance experience comparable to that of many professional singers. His skills improved significantly after his debut with Forestella, when he quit his job and was able to focus solely on studying music. Although he sang well before his debut, he made tremendous progress after his debut with a lot of musical study and practice.
