I spend as much time off as I can on the beach, surfing. 🏄🏻‍♂️ at Llangennith. Mate has a surf school there, shame I’m as bad now as when I first started 👍🏼

Well it all started off with a healthy breakfast only to be followed with a huge Burger. Great to watch, love where the caves were. looks a great place. Well done Andy on the rowing machine.

No matter how much we had planned for the day I don't think we could eat a Burger for Breakfast! It was a Bacon and Egg Bap/Cob/Bun! :) The caves on the beach were some of the best we've ever see, a truly amazing place
