As a Steelers fan it's because the winner of the division is the team who wins the most games in the season. Otherwise the division winner could be 6 -11on the season but 6 -0 in the division and make the playoffs and host a home game

Have you seen the one from when the Pats STOLE our Super Bowl because “The ball didn’t survive the grahnd?” That’s the absolute funniest one of all time. The cursing jar had me in tears.
