@arsenioseslpodcast3143 Just as plants can be healing to the body particular sounds can be healing in my experience. Violent sound might be considered traumatic, calming sound might be considered healing. Does that help clear it up for you? Some say laughter is the best medicine... For the person hearing the laughter?

When I wake up with anxiety I immediately find one of your sound baths- stay still, cover my eyes with a weighted mask and listen for 15 minutes. You’ve literally made it possible for me to get up and get through some days that I might’ve went straight into a panic attack or had to take meds. Healing of the mind and soul. Thank you🤍

Both of my ears are hurting and my head feels "full". I had to decrease volume but it is still uncomfortable. Almost anxiety producing. I must really need this.

The hospital here in Burlington Vt, has refused to do anything about my pituitary tumor since 2008. Global macroadenoma since 2020, Dizzy, moody all the time, no referrals for other hospitals. Am I doomed to die. I hope this works.
