CarmP Thank you for your kind comment and I’m so sorry to hear that you threw out your back. Unfortunately it’s a common injury along with damaged knee if not taught correctly and it’s one of my pet peeves when I see martial art schools or kickboxing classes where instructors don’t show proper forms or make corrections. But I know that sometimes even when taught correctly injuries may occur 😔so trying best to take precautions to strengthen 👍
