He bragged about appointing a roomful of "chocolate", his words, not mine, people to positions of leadership and power. These being his friends and colleagues. The question is did they work with or behind his back? Did he know what they were or even perhaps are doing? Is his "job" to play cover for them in exchange for a cut of the "winnings?
