Pixel 6a: Some of the BEST cases!

I've used the Spigen Tough Armor case on my Pixel 4a 5g for 2 years, and it's taken a battering. The phone however is still pristine underneath it. It's not the prettiest, but feels fine in the hand and the buttons work really well. Would definitely recommend - but also maybe buy a glass screen protector (with an alignment tool) too, for extra protection when in the pocket with keys, etc.

I have the Spigan case mentioned here and they are always my go-to and I have not been let down yet love the 6a with this case and the kickstand while tiny works great in both landscape orientations for me

For the price, I think Spigen should really upgrade to a metal kickstand. I've had 2 of these kickstands break, and it just happens after about a year of normal use for me.

I bought 3 cases for the 6a, Spigen Liquid Air, The Rugged Shield (not to be confused with the Rugged Armor) they make them for just about every phone out there and the Tudia Merge. Of all of these, I preferred the Tudia, only didn't find it at all "grippy," quite the opposite, so I sent it back and exchanged it for the Curve Dual Layer, which has plenty of "grip" on the sides, fits the phone like a glove, no saggy areas and is my daily case!

Spigen Thin Fit for me. I usually go for Tech 21, but there weren't any deals on them at the time. I won't pay more than about $15 for a case, and even that's still a healthy markup from wholesale for many cases. So far so good. It's almost like not having a case at all, but my phone has survived 2 or 3 drops already (2-4' height, at least one on concrete).

Agree, thin fit feels like it's naturally part of the phone, my best case. I also have the razer thin mnml case but it is so slippery it feels awkward to use

My personal go to is the Spigen Liquid Air. It's simple, protective, yet not bulky. I am going to look at the Pela cases they look interesting.

I would've gone for the Spigen Rugged Armor, only it has, for the 6a, "bulgy" corners. So I have the Liquid Air and love the fit/feel of it. Only issue for me, is that the back picks up fingerprints.

I love the screen call feature and the fact it's a banging phone for the price could never go bk to Samsung and that was me coming from a s series, getting the 7 pro this year with trade in even the standard 7 would do fine.

I just read your comment & you said you were coming from a Samsung s series to a Google pixel. I can't seem to get over my s series. I really love Samsung phones. It has always been my go-to. The 1 thing I like about pixel 6a phone is the camera 🤳 it has so many amazing features . 📸 👏💯🤜 Although There's not an extra gallery. 😮You'll have just Google photos as your gallery on the pixel. But you can see them, saved to your device under 🤔what ?Of course -Google photos- Can anyone tell me if there is a cloud storage for the Pixel 6A? A lot of my stuff is on my Samsung cloud. 🌬️🌨️ PS. I realize your phone is a pixel 7 pro & I have a pixel 6A 🤔 but still wouldn't I have a cloud storage?

Surprised you didn't mention the PHNX mnml case, but maybe you felt it was a conflict of interest since they sponsored you in the past. Anyway, I was using the official case until the mnml case came out for the 6a, and I can say the mnml case suits me way better. It's a bit more rigid and obviously a lot thinner so I assume it provides less protection, but in terms of the form factor preservation of the phone it's leagues better. The case has an extremely snug and precise fit. None of the cases listed here are even comparable in terms of size, which is the biggest factor for me. I'm withholding a full endorsement or review until I can get a sense of the case's durability. I have to say I'm really surprised that people are willing or even interested in using a case that adds more than 1-2 millimeters in any dimension to the size of the phone. For me it completely destroys the portability and usability of the phone. Hopefully the mnml case holds up and the market for minimalistic cases grows.

I have the charcoal Google brand case on my Sage 6a. I still get dust inside the case and it's caused slight scratches already. Thinking of getting a new one for this in hopes that it doesn't get worse like it did on my 4a. Edit: now I'm sitting here thinking that Spigen looks intriguing

DBrand do amazing cases, used it on my P5 and P6P and no matter how many times I have accidently dropped my device, the case shows no signs of scratches or dents either! - Well worth it in my opinion

Just a PSA regarding the caseology nano case. I've had one on my 6a since launch. Removed it yesterday to find the hard plastic back in the case has caused damage to the back of my phone.

I like Caseology but the rubber inside gets some stuff in between and then scratches up the plastic phone back if not taken out and cleaned off every now and then, which is usually when I end up dropping my phone. 😢 The ones with the terry cloth inside are better for that reason. The dbrand case is good but expensive ($40) and there's a slide up and down camera protection case for cheap on Amazon that I like with kickstand but it's bulky. Hard to get case selection for non iPhones and Samsungs

Don't know why usually when you put a phone in the case it makes it looks appealing. Pixel 6 line is eye catching and really beautiful but for some reason every case makes it look ugly.

I use the case just for sometimes when I leave the house for extra protection. I watched tons of review videos, in my son went with the Spigen Thin Fit and I want with the Spigen Liquid air which is always been my go to. Price points are great, build quality is tremendous and adds minimal amount of bulk with maximal amount of protection.

I got a Torras case for both of my Pixel phones i don't know why they wouldn't be included in this video they have high reviews and are affordable and comfortable. Not bulky and military grade. Also most phones have several options.

How long did it take for the 6 Pro official Google cases to warp and crack like that? I've had the green 6a case on since launch, and while it did scuff and stain a little, those were easily buffed away with a Magic Eraser. Now it looks brand new, and the shape and form of my case is still perfect.

I can't speak for my colleague Kyle but his experience suggested within 5 months there were issues. I often prefer a super thin case but my own 6a case has some scuffs and marks after just a month or so of usage - which is odd! Hope yours fairs better :)

I got the protect onn case from Walmart for 10 bucks quality is comparable to OtterBox for about a quarter of the price. I was really surprised at how well made this phone case is, made from tpu with a Nice polycarbonate back half. That is clear so you can see the colour of your phone. It's got a nice thick lip around the edges so all parts of your phone are protected and 10 ft drop protection 0:57 1:00

personally I abandoned and resold the pixel 6 and 6a for the pixel 5 because the aesthetics of the cases are just horribly ugly and do not respect the new pixel design by hiding the black band 🤢. And the only one case that respect de black band design is the official google cover BUT this one has a ugly transparent color and turn yellow in fews weeks 😡🤮 . I don't understand why they don't keep things simple like apple .. 🤦
