Get a 2step ecu like the vx super for launch control, about 4500-5000 rpm works fine for every car, fix your gears on the garage (little gear down the grip levels) and don't sell the rims, they are expensive but you can't buy them on the store!

my trick for drag racing is I use manual no clutch then roast them tired to max once the cars are ready put it in neutral rev the hell out of it until the light is green once its green go in gear and if you have a good reaction time you will have a good start (also its easiest if you have the upshift on the left side you never even have to let up on the gas)

SLAP you are just changing gears wrong, after you warm up your tires put it in neutral and slap the f out of the car while the lights are going down, then shift to 1 when it goes to green (a trick is to do it a couple quarters of a second after the last yellow light turns on) and when shifting to 1 hit the nitro, it will get you better times and practice your reaction time. my fastest reaction time has been 0.027
