I was pretty surprised how much I ended up liking the voxel graphics because I went in thinking it would be too pixel-y for VR, but they def need waaaay more content to justify their price tag. It's got good bones tho

I think it looks pretty good and high quality in the headset. But I do enjoy art styles like this in VR. But if you own DOE and aren’t into the pixel graphic art style, probably not a huge reason for you to pick it up.

@@bmackVRYeah i own Dungeons Of Eternity so not gonna buy the Pixel Dungeon. Game looks fine but i dont really like that there is many things from DoE tho cuz there is no reason to buy it if u have the orignal plus DoE has more features right now. I wish they would change some things and add more not Dungeons of Eternity stuff to make it worth it 👍

Looks like they totally ripped off DoE, and DoE became completely pointless once the basic novelty wore off. Hard pass on this one.

So I’ve been going back and forth on this. Is it a rip off or is it inspired? In the video game industry lots of games inspire other games. It’s certainly a fun game, but some times it feels too close to DoE.

@@bmackVR I only play PCVR, and so don't have access to DoE (yet - I know it will release soon). So I don't mind how close it might be to DoE. Love Ancient Dungeon.

looks good but I'm not a fan of the minecraft ascetic and since I have doe already not sure if I will get this may pick up the demo and check it out
