This is a complete overhaul of a video I mostly completed in 2018, but stopped working on once I realised my original song choice couldn't be used on KZbin. While working on the Alans guide I found a song that worked pretty well with mostly the same footage, so I figured I may as well get it finished so you can all enjoy it. Now, see, Yrridian was smarter than me when I first played a fire-heavy ship. If you kill the last crew member on the flagship, the ship becomes autonomous and self-repairing.

Yup. Gotta keep someone alive in one of the two center cannon roo.s, which means being very careful not to hit them or destroy the oxygen room.

It is better to kill all of them instead, AI takeover isn't as menacing as it sounds since fire stops repairs and it's not very easy to let one crew alive when fire spreads out of control (or kill the flagship in time)

@@zedex9892 If you leave one enemy alive, the fact that one enemy is alive in one of the weapons rooms will ensure that you can completely cripple the rest of the ship without worrying about things like the ship repairing its other weapons, shields and so-on.

@@zedex9892 it still get auto-scout level dodging as you can't pull the pilot away, all of its systems are considered "manned" and all the other bs you can think of. It's always better to leave one crew alive somewhere regardless, EXCEPT if you're playing a boarding ship and can afford to send literally your entire crew over :/

I love fire based strategies so much, I remember when i played rock B for the first time and saw it had a fire bomb I thought the ship would be so much cooler if they just scrapped the heavy pierce and added a teleporter instead for a terrifying boarding strategy, why i love multiverse so much it thinks about these things and so many more and fleshes them out to the point where basically anything seems somewhat feasible, the lost suns and a TON of fire based weaponry were fantastic additions

I'm impressed you didn't get butchered after killing the crew of the flagship. If you can manage to leave only 1 crewman alive, you almost don't have to worry about anything. Or if you can just kill the weapons, literally they can't fight back.
