I meant to post this comment sooner, as I knew people would point it out- Yes, Stratos is a bit "frankensteined " at the moment. He came with a Taiwan blue jetpack on. I added some extra Malaysia red wings when I got home just to display him, but absolutely have plans to get the correct pack and wings on him. :-) Appreciate the comments!!

Awesome haul! I recently re-discovered a blue beard Stratos from my childhood collection when visiting my parents home during the early summer. The joints are tight and paint is excellent condition. It is missing the armor, but otherwise was an exciting find when I pulled it out of my old box of toys.

That's great. Having a blue-beard is a 10 on the Cool Scale. It's too bad the jet pack isn't right. Blue-beard Stratos came with a short strap, 3 tab pack.

💡💡❗ Thank you, Pixel Dan! You've given me an idea of how Mattel can give Origins collectors Stratos's blue rocket pack and red wings! It may end up being a Mattel Creations figure, but a red wings, blue rocket pack Stratos could be sold if it also came with the blue bearded, grey goggled head. The blue _may_ have to match the lighter blue shade of 2021 Stratos, but I could also imagine him with a shade closer to vintage Stratos.

I didn't know that the Blue Beard Stratos was so rare. It's the only one that I have in my collection! I have him loose, complete and in nice shape. I think paid $35 for him about a decade ago. Wow.

I had no idea that my figure was the first release version. I guess I never paid much attention to that sort of thing, because I always had one for so long, and never noticed that there were other versions out there.
