These are great, many thanks. I've been using Pixelmator Pro for over 4 years but I didn't know the half of this! I migrated from Photoshop most because I got a Mac, but also 'cos Adobe as everyone knows changed its entire scheme and I didn't want to pay -- or lose access if I stopped paying. So I learned Pixelmator in a hit-or-miss way, really unsystematic. But seeing this worked out logically, systematically and with reasons behind the particular choices in each case is just terrific. True, I miss some of the old Photoshop tricks (and also the add-ons you can get with the Nik Color / Silver Efex etc etc) I'm really happy now with Pixelmator Pro because I don't do nearly as much of the "fancy stuff" I used to do with Photoshop. Thanks for these Masterclass tutorials!

Great video series! Would you recommend doing any blemish fixes or object removal as a last step in a separate layer so that WB or color adjustments affect those areas too?

There’s no “correct” way to do it. A lot of times I’ll actually do the touch up work very first.
