Yes, the second palette is a multiuse one, cheeks/eyes/face. 😊 I'm sorry to see your eyeshadow palette was broken. You could use the lighter shades or 'off' shades blended with other shades or matte staple ones to create new/unique ones or use those 'ashier' shades for a unicorn or fairytale look or combine them with warmer tones to create bolder, contrasting looks.
