I love Lion Brand’s Mandala yarns as well. I prefer the Medium or 4, because the #3 yarns, in my opinion, don’t have as much body. However, once you get used to working with them they’re all right. I really like the Ombré yarns. Jayda you are such a a great crocheted and make everything look beautiful & easy!❣️❣️❣️

Just completed my first pixie baby blanket. I didn't have any Mandala yarn, but used Canan Gloria yarn from my stash. Its labeled a Number 3.3, so its just a bit thinner than the Mandala. It has been discontinued and I can't find it anywhere, but thank goodness I had enough to complete a blanket in white, baby blue, and yellow. Thank you so much for sharing this pattern with us. Your tutorials are superb. You are the best crochet instructor, in my opinion. Have a great day.

I used the pixie cake to make a lap blanket for myself and it turned out so nice! I made it almost two years ago and it’s so easy to wash and dry and it always comes out of the dryer nice and soft!!!
