Pixie Hair Tutorial ~ CRAZY volume! [Requested Look]

Hello! I recently found your channel and seriously could be a groupie 😂 I used to have short hair like yours for 30 years and the last 15 yrs grown it out so mid length….and I just did a chop, like a short bob with undercut. I found “you” now and it’s like a huge confirmation 😊 I think I want to even take my hair shorter on the sides next time. I am SO done spending time on my hair at 64 yrs young. We live in Henderson, NV and I drive each month to S CA to Mission Viejo to see my two young grandsons, age 3 and 6. They are my favorite people! Can I ask what city your stylist is in? And what church do you call home? My kids go to Saddleback which we love attending when we go. We miss Pastor Rick but he’s in a new season of life doing Gods work. Nothing better then watching one of your videos as I finish my day! What a great bday present!! LOL....! Your hair is so pretty, and you always amaze me when you blow dry it to the opposite side! You are so right when you say it gives just that little "boost" of color, when you are needing a redo of highlights. The product you used to protect and give your hair shine really was AWESOME! Your hair looked so healthy! I've gotta try some of that! My sweet Husband and 1 of my sweet daughters set up a hair appointment for me this weekend, as a birthday surprise! I can't wait!! Sooo…I’m a super plus size girl with a double chin and I thought I would never be able to “pull off” a shorter haircut. I’ve cut my hair shorter and shorter the past couple of cuts and I’m at a Lisa Rinna spikes, flipped stage right now. I’m going to get more cut from the sides and back this next time to something similar to yours! I realize now it’s not what I think everyone else thinks I look like in my hair, but how I feel in my body and my hair. I am perfectly made, and I like the way that it looks.🥰🤩 But the purpose of this comment was to come back and tell you that I bought both the cat walk root boost and the enjoy dry wax. I bought these items in preparation for my shorter cut I would be getting today. But my stylist had to reschedule to next week. So just for giggles I used the root boost and the dry wax today on my longer hair and oh my goodness! I need to declutter all the other products that never have ever given me this much volume and hold in my hair. Thank you so much for everything that you do and your hair tutorials are wonderful. And your make up, too! I loved the makeover you did for your realtor. She was gorgeous before, but I loved her hair after!

Yay!! So happy you've found these hair videos helpful!🥰 I do really love my T3 Cura Hair Dryer. It's super lightweight, seems to dry the hair quicker and also adds a bit of shine to my hair. I use the medium heat setting and high fan speed until the end....then I turn it down to cool and low fan speed. I've considered the Dyson several times but don't feel I can justify all of that extra money when it only takes me 2-3 minutes to dry my hair😁 The nozzle has become essential for me with the shorter length as it helps direct the air in concentrated sections so I can better control the style as it dries. Hope all of that helps!!

Even longer and needing a salon visit your hair still sits perfectly! I comb mine when it’s wet and it goes flat. Doesn’t spike or sit up high like yours. You mentioned that going to use root boost as long as you can. What did you mean by that? Are they discontinuing it? Noooooo xx

Awww, you are so sweet😍 Catwalk Root Boost was disappearing from all of the usual retailers and then I had a couple of subscribers say their stylists told them it's being discontinued. BUT I found out it's NOT being discontinued after all and has reappeared on retailers websites. PHEW!😅
