what’s the difference between retreat later and retreat, you still technically lose ?

the difference is if u hit retreat later and so did your opponent then it'll end in a tie and u wont lose any cubes

If the opponent also chooses retreat later, neither player loses cubes. But if the opponent snaps and you plan to retreat, there's no reason to choose retreat later.

Retreat lets you leave the match immediately, losing whatever cubes were wagered. If you and your opponent both hit Retreat Later, you both will not lose any cubes.
