Sometimes, you don’t need a giant character, be it a male or a female, to cause mass destruction or scare people, sometimes you need one that is more than just a one-note stereotype. Giants can be kind, nice, caring, loving and supportive to people who’s not afraid to give them wisdom and guidance. That’s what I call a breath of fresh air for me.

Ey, this was adorable. I'll have to check out the other episodes! For those wondering, I am going on the presumption that while Rip and Tatum are Pixie (your traditional fairy when you think of a 'fairy'/pixie), Elsie is a Nixie, or a river nymph. Which are another type of fae spirit that are much more commonly depicted as roughly the size of a child. (Though, like most folklore creatures, they -tend- to be more malevolent or benign, so her being a lifeguard is an inverse of that). Though Rip may be a brownie/gremlin? Another classification of fae/spirit of the same branch as pixies and such, given the ear tear and all.

I saw this recommended to me on my home feed and I can fully admit to why I came here. I don't know what your general stance is on that is, but I hope people maybe being weird about it doesn't discourage you at al from ever wanting to do more with her. I really appreciate how normal it is for the people around them, something I'm doing a bit similarly with my own characters. I enjoyed how real the conversations felt, and I look forward to seeing new episodes regardless of whether or not the cute fish life guard is there (even if I do hope to see more of her!)
