Pixie Plus Sewing Machine not picking up Bobbin Thread

This is a how to on fixing your pixie plus sewing machine if it’s not picking up the bobbin thread. I tried a thousand times and finally figured it out! The timing hook is off and so I’ll show you how to fix it!

my needle is positioned more to the side and not straight on. Is it supposed to be like that?

hey mine picks up the thread, but after 2 or 3 hits the needle get stucked with some stuff on the bobin area u never faced this problem? ty if you can help.

Have no idea. I threw that machine away and got a nicer sewing machine.

How did you remove the cover that you had secured with a rubber band? I'm trying to take that part off of my machine and can't get it to come off! Thank you.

Screw driver. I ended up getting a better machine and got rid of this one so I don’t have it anymore.

Thank you! I tried unscrewing the back and then also using a screwdriver to pry open that part but maybe I’m just not prying hard enough! I just want to finish my pillowcase before throwing this machine away!!!!

@@krbros6676 I think as long as you have all of the screws out of that part, then you should be able to just pry it off. I’m sorry I didn’t show that part in the video. I was so frustrated with this thing though! Haha. I got a Janome for cheap and it is awesome!
