This is a really good song. If you don't get hung up on the Pixies having to astonish you with every tune like when you were 14 (when there wasn't The Pixies to compare them to), they've just kept on putting out really great music.

Good, but not great... The chorus is repeated too many times. But verses are almost great !

But not that great , they were great as a band , even if Frank was the writer to almost all lyrics he didnt make them alone, look his solo chareer wich didnt make it , Kim Deal in another hand , The Breeders , The Amps , both are fucking great bands , i think Pixies without Kim arent the same , and i love how Paz plays the bass is not about hating Paz i really enjoyed her in her prePixies bands

@@ezkibela No, man. Frank wrote ALL Pixies songs, except only two songs. Frank is a genius, and his records are absolutely great. But you can't ask a band to be as inventive and brilliant as before after 25 years of hiatus.

@@vraikorrigan as i said then, why is that Kims bands , Breeders and Amps did so great while Frank Black band did so bad??? And of course im not saying Pixies were about Kim , of course Frank did it , but seeing what happened afterwords i doubt Frank was the responsable for all Pixies greatness Edit: and yes, there are lot of bands wich still great after 25 or more years, example : The Cure , they great even without Gallup , or Southern dead cult later Death cult , later The cult , Pink Turns Blue , the german Postpunk band last LP is as great as theyr first Lp back in the 80's , and there are plenty of bands that complete that awesomes around too many years , Minor Treath plus Fugazi make 25 years or almost, all Lps are great , Atari Teenage Riots , started in 1992, they still are awesome even Karl dead , Nico Endo took that mic and made an awesome work , Madness the british ska band have been awesome from the first Lp to the last one , from 79 to 2016!!! David Bowie, who adapted his music during the years...you know there are plenty of them. But yeah i understand what u mean plenty of bands dont endure their madurity , they dont keep the same level of creativity or greatness or bands who split like Husker Du wich are great but Bob Mould and Grant Hant's solo works didnt make the same achieve as they made togethrr , or Metallica wich changed so much being so soft or going more mainstream that made them being not as great as they were in the Black album and prior Lps ....so u have a point in what u say too.

@@ezkibela True, Frank Black was not successful. Yet his first two records are extraordinary. It's the cruel law of the market: he wasn't sexy, he experimented too much, and maybe he was resented for having ended Pixies. About Pixies, I think their new career is very good. There are a lot of great songs in their new records. Moreover, they are successful again! But at 50/55, you can't be as edgy as at 25. It is the law of life.
