You are easily the best photoshop teacher on KZbin...Not only do I learn how to make perfect templates, but then you quickly teach about clipping masks and how they work, as well as what freakin SERIF FONTS means! I click on one of your videos looking to learn how to do one thing and by the end of the video I've learned everything. Insanely good, man.

Placing, resizing, cropping, moving, trying to get level, even, right size, right ratio ! If you weren't a gazillion miles away I'd come and kiss you ! Can I recommend you to CreativeLive ? trip to the States, talk photoshop, get loads of dosh ? Seriously man you are up there with... NO... ABOVE the best they have ! Thank you so much for doing you tube !

Norman Pimlott love your comment! I’d love to see him on creative live and teach a class on nothing but making a book..... I watch all his videos and learn something new everyday! Maybe you can help me? After you create that first layout and you know where the binding will go.... like in the beginning of the course he showed us the snapping and ruler tool...... he said that in the middle is where the binding would go...... so how to you proceed from there? How do you flip the page and make a new layout like a book so by the end......you have a complete book (file) to send off to have printed? Any ideas or thoughts or where to go look for instruction? I’ve tried looking but I’m at a loss right now! I saw what he just did and understand it.... or at least I think I did. I got the concept of it, but to me if he was making a 24 page book....... that first layout he did (showed us how to do) would be page 1 on the first half ( the green page) and then page 24 (the page where he put the flower) because he said in the middle would be the binding! Am I right or wrong? I’m confused? Sorry for writing so much but I want to be as clear as possible about my question! I don’t understand how to proceed until you have a complete (template book, I say template book because once I make one of these bad boys...lol, I’m saving it to use over and over!! ) book?

thanks! you can also do this way: copy the image you want to place in the rectangle. select the rectangle with ctrl+click in the layer paste the photo with ctrl+alt+shift+v and it will create a mask in that shape. i used to do like this, but now i will just use your clipping mask tip, which is much more simple!

Now THAT music, I can get behind! :-) Love it. Enjoyed the tutorial too! I learned something new, like I always do whenever I watch your tutorials. And usually, it's NOT what I was actually watching for :-) You just saved me a million years by not having to Right-click Copy Layer Style and Then Right-Click Paste Layer Style. I never thought to Alt-Drag!

💚Do you do any video on making logo’s..... I know I can learn this and do myself..... and not pay $50 to $100 for someone to do it for me! That way I know how to change colors when I want to.... I like very simple logo.... like just my name and photography...... but I want to learn how to do this and save it as a logo and use it to watermark my photos, but also have the freedom of mixing it up a bit like color or font..... you get it!!! I’m sure there are videos on KZbin on how to do it, but I mainly learn from you! You have so much lightroom and photoshop tutorials, and I find you are my “go to guy” for everything! I’m use to your way of teaching so I’d appreciate your perspective and especially now everything has just updated...... a lot of your videos are outdated with all the new releases in the past month...... ugh.... just when I was getting comfortable using something, as a newbie..... they go and change everything on me! Please keep new info coming for LR especially and PS! Thanks!!!
