Yeast - ¼ tsp (agar 24 hr) ya fir 1 ½ tsp (agar 1 hr)
Butter - 1 ½ tbsp
Milk powder - 1 ½ tbsp
Maida - 1 ½ cup
Garlic powder - ½ tsp or fresh 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp box me lagane ke lie

Pizza Sauce - 2-3 tbsp
Cheese - ½ cup (Mozzarella)
Topping - aapki marzi - maine tamatar, pyaaz, capsicum, olives aur corn use kie

Thanks for this. Very informative. Can you please help me with these queries? 1. I have Morphy Richards Black Betty 52L OTG oven. It takes 16-18 mins for me to cook the pizza. I keep it at 250 deg C in the middle rack in Toast / Convection mode (both rods heated). Any idea why it is taking so long? 2. Should I keep it in Bake (bottom rod heated) or Toast / Convection mode (both rods heated) mode? 3. Can we keep 2 pizzas at the same time?

Hello, 1. Every oven is different. If you are making the pizza from scratch it does take time to bake. Infact this recipe took 20 mins to bake. 2. Again every recipe is different. In this recipe I have used the mode both rodes on with fan. 3. This depends on the oven size, if it is large enough then it can be done.
