I just assumed the toppings were the same standard ingredients used by the pizza restaurants, I didn't know you could be creative using more healthy ingredients and even omitting the fat/salty cheeses. Without the cheese holding everything together, I would imagine you would use a knife and fork to eat it. Being a diabetic for 40 yrs., with other underlying medical issues, I'm conscious of the combination of food ingredients so I appreciate your ideas and culinary skills. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
