Hi Andrew,yes no storm water or grey water systems here,lucky some have experiences.The guy next door runs all his kitchen water out to the empty lot behind us,the vermin love it always plenty of food coming from their outlet. pretty disgusting smell.Terrible ,and we cant complain to any one its just normal here😂😂

@SpendingtheKidsInheritanceinth when I moved to the Central Coast in 1980 very few people were on the sewer,all septic tanks and a little concrete box grease trap that the kitchen sink ran through,I did a million sewer connections when it was being put through the suburbs and the grease in a grease trap is the most filthy horrible stinking crap you can ever come across,worse than the actual septic tank,,its been pissing down on the east coast here for a week but the sun's out today for my drive to Grafton for the weekend ,power on mate 👍🏻

@SpendingtheKidsInheritanceinth the hand basin will be fine because it can have a trap under the sink,if the bend next to the toilet is just a floor waste that could stay as a 90deg bend and then just poke it through the outside wall,and let it drain straight out,or put a sanitary P trap in place of the bend and tip some water in it occasionally in case it dries out 😁

Hi Shane, The property and the build attracted an investment of $148k We have a .. Home Commercial space rentable 20 sq mtrs 4rooms down stairs rented to nurses from the provincial hospital. Our store space. Alot for the $148k,cannot get that in Australia. The store inventory and equipment including CCTV was a loan to Eralene of $5k,of which she's paid back $900 in 7weeks. The bedspaces return around $400a month. The commercial space isn't rented ATM maybe we will need it. Any one who thinks they will earn a western wage here in the Phils is in for a rude shock. Money don't drive me anymore,lm 69 and if l leave a legacy for Eralene that's my reward. Thanks for commenting and viewing Shane.

Hello Shane. My flours are for the dry seasoning Hard flour 50% Potato starch25% Corn starch25% White Pepper Salt Garlic powder Chicken salt. I don't dry the chicken . Good the chicken in the dry mix and leave for 20min . The flour will absorb the moisture in the chicken should be slighty moist. Return the chicken to the dry mixture this time tossing and costing well while squeezeing the chicken and creating gluten stands. Chicken should be a little shaggy. Dust off excess flour and Fry. Good luck.

As you know there's only nickels and dimes to be made for small businesses in the Phil.Their tax system is confusing no wonder every one avoids permits. Alit of people l was told only operate for 12mths close the business name and start up again with a new Business name. Hopefully we can navigate the BIR maze and graft a small modest income for Eralene. But it worries me if l go first that she has no business experience,l can only try to install good business since the rest is up to her l suppose. Glad you made it home safely😀

@SpendingtheKidsInheritanceinth true mate,I've spoken to guys over the years that say they're going to open a sari sari or a laundromat for extra income,but,like you say,you make peanuts,I'd not been to Mindanao before,went for a wedding,the missus's son,in Dipolog,so thought I'd stay for a while and browse around,went from the bottom to the top and a few other islands,Bohol for a few days actually 😁,I spent some time down around Zamboanga,I was the only white guy I saw for two weeks,even though the Australian government Smart traveller site says don't go there it was fine of course,Siargao was a good tourist island,no swell at Cloud Nine but got some little waves,I can't say I saw Geoff in Bohol or that other dope when I was in Panabo,it's a bit nippy in Australia at the moment,I'm sure you don't miss that,enjoy and keep it real bruz 😁
