This is a pizza made with whole potatoes without flour. It's healthy, nutritious and delicious.
Ingredient :
1. 5 small potatoes
2. Bacon
3. Onion
4. Mozzarella Cheese
5. Tomato Sauce
6. Salt, pepper and parsley

Ages ago there used to be a place in the mall food court that made only baked potatoes - every kind you can imagine! Pizza baked was all I ever wanted. So good. They did broccoli & cheddar, barbecue chicken, ..jeesh I can’t remember what else. Lots of different ones. I wish they still existed. I’ll pre-cook the bacon if I make this version. Thank you!
