@@TheFrenchChef I wish I were a chef. Thank you for the kind words. I've emailed you a picture of the Beef Wellington I made, along with mashed potatoes. Although it didn't quite meet Joël Robuchon's standards, I'd love your feedback, as I lacked the proper tools. Please let me know if you receive the email. I was really happy with the sauce bordelaise. By the end of it, I was really tired, but it was worth the effort.
