I agree about the crust always being perfect. I don't know what it is, but until I started using vegan zombie recipe I could not get a consistently good crust.

Yummm that looks awesome! I was finally able to try that Miyokos liquid mozzarella and it's fantastic! It makes great mac and cheese too. Mixing some basil and garlic in your dough would give that thick crust a nice flavor (you can never have too much basil or garlic 😉).

I finally found someone using Miyoko's pourable Mozzarella cheese. You said it would solidify. I'm just wondering if it got more solid after cooking, than when it went on. It didn't look like it solidified much. I almost bought some at our local health food store. I wanted to wee what someone else thought of it before I bought it. That pizza looked delicious!
