Yo Ant, Great Work Once Again! I Love Brothers Sicilian Pie, The Softness, The Fluffiness, The Cheese, The Sauce Is Really Really Amazing. I’m Spoiled, Because When I Go There If My Man Philly Is Around, He’ll Make A Fresh Pie For Me With A Bit Of His Special Touch, And Let Me Tell You, It Doesn’t Get Any Better Than That! A Lot Of Times, If The Right Person Is Making The Pie The Score Goes Up Several Notches. And When Philly, Who Is One Of The Owners, When He Makes It, This Sicilian Pie Is In The 9’s For Me. I Like It Better Than Angelo’s In South Philly, & Brooklyn Square, The One In Jackson NJ Is Right There With It! Some Good Stuff Brother, Some Good Stuff! Keep Up The Good Work & Keep It Coming!!! 👍

I love Sicilian pizza and I finally found a place in Scottsdale, AZ called Ray's. They are from Brooklyn and make a real good Sicilian. The sauce is amazing, good amount of cheese, crust is amazing, crunch is amazing and their sausage is that real fennel sausage. One day I will try their slice but every time I walk in there I have to get a Sicilian with sausage. I enjoy your reviews Antonio that Sicilian look so good.

I saw the photos of Ray's on Yelp. It truly looks like the basic NY pizza that we find here on most streets. Glad you are liking the vids.

just wanted to say i love the reviews man always makes my day. i recommend trying out angelos coal oven pizzeria in manhattan. the best pizza in nyc in my opinion even portnoy gave it a 9.3 definitely worth checking out

I'VE EATEN AT BROTHERS PIZZA MANY TIMES.....ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SICILIAN PIZZA ON STATEN ISLAND....THERE GRANDMA PIE IS GREAT ALSO...THERE REGULAR PIE IS GREAT.....

Haven’t had their Sicilian in a long time. Can’t remember my opinion on that, but I enjoy their grandma slice and especially chicken rolls. Their regular slice is slightly above average IMO, while their margherita isn’t that great. Also just had their white slice. Not bad like the regular.

I think the Sicilian is better than the Grandma, it's fluffier even though it's thicker. But yeah, their sauce is spectacular, no matter what you order.

@@pizzareviewsonthego you make pizza 🍕 on this channel but do you do it for a living then maybe you might know how it's really made what you like or don't like is your decision to say but maybe other people might like what you don't like or maybe some people will like what you like not everyone has the same taste so if you don't like something you could be hurting other stores and right now after the covid and the prices that it costs to buy supplies is REDICULESS I am just telling you how I feel I have been making pizza since I was a kid around 10 or 11 years old and I am still doing it and I am 58 years old now so I know what I am talking about and we my family has been in business for over 50 years and very successful anyway good luck 👍

@@pappyp2193 Thanks for the feedback. I make sure to say it's what I "prefer," I also made this loud and clear in my About Section. When I score those bar pizzas low I always say "it's because I don't like bar pizza, but if you do like bar pizza, you might like this bar pizza." I also never describe how it's made, I will just mention the aeration, if the sauce taste sweet, if the crust is light, or crunchy, if the cheese is too greasy, etc, very basic descriptions. Even when I say the pizza is too greasy and I am not happy with it I will always say most people do not mind the grease. I've been making pizza for over 20 years , I'm 45. Over the past few months I will walk out of a place if I feel the pizza looks bad. I barely ever give anything below a 7. At least they get exposure and free advertising.
