I don’t agree about buying by the slice. Unless it’s early in the day the quality isn’t the same as right out of the oven

The first strike in my book would be that it was baked in a convayor oven. When you showed the undercarriage "ding, ding, ding" that explains the tasteless cheese, and total flop. In today's crazy labor market I understand why people swap to conveyor ovens, but this totally robs the New York style and flavor of pizza. If you're going to use anything other than a hearth style oven you need to just call it pizza at best. From a NY style pizza maker/ connoisseur. Regards.

Hi Steven; I am a corporate pilot for a very large company and in the summer they fly mostly up north with the other plane they own and in the winter they fly a lot down south in thier plane that I fly for them. Thank You for watching my videos.
