Love Media Production Pizza any where in Italy is still amazing. I had pizza in Rome, Florence, Venice, and Milan. It’s different in each city, but still amazing good!

It s amazing but different in every region following the tastes. I hate the pizza in tuscany where I live. The real pizza is found in Milan, because is full of napoletans. Napoli , they make the dough very high but not heavy for the stomach. My napoletan friend says that the secret it s in the water. Sorry for my english, hoping it was all clear.

Venezia 😊 Venice ❤❤❤❤. tell us next time you go... we can give suggestions of dishes to try! the mussels are great and you are meant to clean up all that tomato sauce with the bread 😋 "fare la scarpetta" make the little shoe. I'm glad you liked the pizza probably from a wood burning oven and tramezzino egg-tuna. the salame sandwich looks like it was in a kind of focaccia romana (of Rome). they don't usually heat up focaccia sandwiches in Italy so the cheeses won't be melted - only those in "panino" bread (roll) are. try to go see Venice again during Carnevale 😍 my favourite dishes in Venice are primo (first) pasta al nero di sepia - pasta in the black ink of cuttlefish, and secondo (second course) is fegato alla veneziana (liver venetian style - with lots of onions).

the sardins are "in saor". Once fried, have to rest with slightly saute onions, vinegar and olive oil (more or less)

You didn't go to the glass factory and watch them blow the Venetian Glass. I was there WAY back in the early 70's. The glass blowing was fascinating. You could see them making the chandeliers, glasses and miscellaneous gifts they were selling in the shop. I found it very interesting.
