Recipe
450g flour
360ml water
9g of yeast
12g of sugar
6 grams of salt
12 grams of garlic powder
14 grams of olive oil
Mix together, knead and add flour as needed then proof covered for 2 to 3 hours or longer in the fridge
8min 500f broiler 5min
