From what I read Brooklyn Style is between Hand Tossed and Crunchy Thin. Never had it so that could be wrong but that’s what it said when I looked it up. So it wouldn’t be as big as Hand Tossed but it wouldn’t be as Thin. Again I could be wrong but that’s more or less what it said when I looked it up.
