Fang is actually having an identity crisis, they don't know WHO they are, all they know how to identify themself as is what they're not. Anon tells them that they can't force an identity on themself to shove themself into a hole, that their identity has to come naturally. The transphobic element comes in during two endings, one where things, end, before they figure themself out, one where Anon being a COMPLETE piece of shit leads to a backslide because Fang can't trust anything he says. And the other two, they have time, they do decide on who they want to be, and that's Lucy. Do I wish there was an ending 4 where they stay NB, yes. Is there other shit in the game arguably worse, also yes, the black coding on the triceratops gets, a bit much, especially during the bonus chapter at Trish's place and one of her brothers is literally Riley from Boondocks, mannerisms intact...
