If we weren’t allowed to make OCs for a SMW equivalent for Fake Peppino, Scrubbdubb’s exe “Turmoil” would be the best fit since he’s a deceptively cute lookalike of Mario (even though he IS Mario after eating a Mushroom with Yoshi’s code in it) with a long stretchy tongue.

Maybe in this AU... Turmoil could be Bowser's creation after he tried to combine all of his enemies' great attributes together (Mario's Mario-ness, Luigi's running speed, Yoshi's tongue). As you'd expect, it doesn't turn out very well...

I was thinking something similar. Instead of Shadow Mario though, I was thinking he could disguise himself as a messed up uncanny fake Luigi to screw with Mario even more. The background fake Peppinos could be Shadow Marios maybe. :o

Ok so I felt like saying who I think all the bosses could be Pepperman: King Bob-omb (he has the correct body shape for pepperman) Vigilante: Goomba King (since cheeseslimes would be goombas the boss cheeseslime would be the boss goomba) The Noise: Wario (of course he would be Mario's rival, and for fun when the boss ends Wario changes to Wario Man and a very annoyed Waluigi comes in and drags him away) Fake Peppino: Shadow Mario (Mario.exe and 7 Grand Dad are good options but I decided to go with Shadow Mario because I tried to go for canon Mario material) Pizzaface: Bowser in the clown car (My friend suggested this cause I couldn't think of anything better) Pizzahead: Bowser (of course the final boss is Bowser. And as a bonus for phase 3 he could get the rainbow effect from Mario 64)

The top comment is such a great idea, though. Diagonal Mario would be a perfect replacement for Fake Peppino. Diagonal Mario is all sorts of wrong when you think about it. The stretchy neck, the face, and the fact that you mainly see Mario be vertical, never diagonal. He’s the perfect candidate for a Fake Peppino replacement.
