Pizza Tower - Strongcold Demo (XMas Break S Rank Gameplay)

This video shows off my first run of the new Pizza Tower Public Demo, this time it's the Frostbite Xmas Break Demo.
I think this level is a lot more fun to speedrun as Bloodsauce Dungeon, it gives way more freedom and isn't as hazardous.

I love how this game is heavily inspired by WarioLand 4 without being a ripoff. It's its own thing and even borrows moves from other lesser known platformers like that wall running move from Tiny Toons Adventures: Buster Busts Loose. Now I really wanna play this game myself and see what other references I can find.

I played this for like, more than 40 attempts now ? And I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. On the way to perfect this level both normal and time attack mode with Peppino and The Noise, it's bonkers. also yes imagine if you have The Noise boss fight on the last level of each floor that would be sick.

The dude with the glasses is Mr. Stick, I believe he's Peppino's accountant. The other pizza chef is Gustavo, Peppino's brother (I think?) and owner of Spaghetti's Spaghetti.

@@AMnotQ Actually, the cowboy cheeseslime was created when PTG was making a mod for a Mega Man game. However, when making the sprites for an enemy, he got tired of drawing Peppino, so he made a cheeseslime with a cowboy hat instead. PTG then liked the idea enough to put it in Pizza Tower.

in the coding of the game, the script makes the Noise appear in a randomized box, the script starts in the middle to get the init working, then it picks a random ID for which one he’s going to appear in

As someone who likes going fast in games but has no interest in speed running, I agree. I had the same problem with Super Mario Land 64 or whatever SM64 hack Kaze made recently. You can’t just go super fast and do cool tricks, you have to get points.
