Pizza Tower is a 2023 platform game created by the indie developer Tour De Pizza. It follows a pizza chef, Peppino Spaghetti, who must scale a tower to prevent the destruction of his pizzeria. Across 20 side-scrolling levels, the player increases their score by gathering collectibles and defeating enemies to build combos. At the end of each level, they activate an escape sequence and must return to the beginning within a time limit. Pizza Tower does not feature health or lives, and its difficulty depends on what the player chooses to achieve.
The development began around March 2018 and was led by the pseudonymous designer McPig and programmer Sertif. Pizza Tower began as a role-playing video game with survival horror elements before evolving into a platformer inspired by Nintendo's dormant Wario Land series, to which McPig wanted to provide a spiritual successor. It was developed with GameMaker and features a cartoonish, high-resolution pixel art style inspired by SpongeBob SquarePants and French comics. Wario Land 4 (2001) served as the basis for the gameplay and level design.

Pizza TowerはインディーズデベロッパーのTour De Pizzaが制作した2023年のプラットフォームゲーム。ピザ屋のシェフ、ペッピーノ・スパゲッティがピザ屋の破壊を防ぐために塔を登らなければならない。横スクロールの20のレベルで、プレイヤーは収集物を集めたり敵を倒したりしてコンボを決め、スコアを伸ばしていく。各レベルの最後には脱出シークエンスが起動し、制限時間内に最初に戻らなければならない。ピザタワーには体力やライフはなく、難易度はプレイヤーが何を達成するかによって決まる。
開発は2018年3月頃に始まり、仮名デザイナーのMcPigとプログラマーのSertifが主導した。Pizza Towerはサバイバルホラーの要素を持つロールプレイングビデオゲームとして始まり、その後、任天堂の休眠シリーズであるWario Landにインスパイアされたプラットフォーマーへと進化した。GameMakerで開発され、スポンジ・ボブやフランスのコミックにインスパイアされた、カートゥーン調の高解像度ピクセルアートが特徴である。Wario Land 4』（2001年）は、ゲームプレイとレベルデザインのベースとなった。

i love to play the multi platform games on sega only because of the music , earthworm jim 1 was the only exception because of "down the tubes" and the final level song that sounded way better on the snes for some reason. The rest i think is way better on sega , hearing this now makes me love sega even more.

Even though the SNES is the superior machine in terms of specs, Mega Drive releases were definitely my preferred versions for multi platform games because I love the sound chip in this system so much. And I was also a biased SEGA kid haha
