Use the spaghetti left over from last night's dinner to make this fun and easy pizza that your family will definitely like! As a filling, you can take a variety of combinations of products! Ingredients used: 300 g of ready-made spaghetti; 1 chicken egg; 100 g of tomato paste; 100 g of low-fat mozzarella; 1 small red pepper; Italian sausage; oregano, arugula. Preheat the oven to 218 degrees. Mix the cooked spaghetti, egg, 1/4 cup tomato sauce and about 60 g of mozzarella. Put the resulting mass into a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes or until the pasta is slightly golden and crispy. Meanwhile, fry the sausage with pepper. Smear the "dough" of thin spaghetti with tomato paste, carefully lay out the filling of meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with spices and remaining cheese. Return the pizza to the oven, continue cooking for 5-7 minutes so that the mozzarella melts. Decorate the fragrant dish with arugula.
