After, this build removed the other playable characters due to the bugs involving them in previous versions of the western build. (Multiplayer crashed a lot)

if you mean the 3 western builds, they are different: v1 has the controversial superjump nerf and noise and vigi, v2 has noise and vigi but re-buffed the superjump and v3 removed noise and vigi
