I have one that i use once or twice a year. I agree with everything here. Kind of cheap, but fun to use with the family. Charcoal goes around the outside of the chicken wire thing.

very good review! i have a little pizza weber attachment i was given(by another company) that you inspired me to test out soon. i wanted to test it out with some frozen pizza's before i commit to anything fancy. wish me luck, lol

Listen my friend, I own a professional oven for pizza. Try this one and you will not regret BECAUSE the flame is too hot for that dough which not well hydrated. Take 1 kg of all purpose flour, 5 grams of salt , 5 to 7grams of dry yeast, 730 ml of water. Mix it well till it becomes a dough, take the dough to a desk and flour the desk , knead the dough well, oil your hands and make a perfect ball, cover it to rest 2 hours. After 2 hours you will have about 1.7 kg of pizza dough, divide into balls of 300 grams . Every ball of dough shape it as round as possible and oil again your hands and just cover the ball with an oil and cover it , put it in some plastic dish and put into the fridge ( not in freezer ) , and let the balls proof for 12 to 24 hours. Heat the stone as shown in the video, take the ball of dough scoop it with a spatula that is oiled and put it on a floured desk, make a pizza ( dont use a rolling pin and dont touch the corner of the pizza ) , and slide it on the pizza stone and let it bake for about 3 minutes... and you are done ( sorry for the bad english )

You’re supposed to put the charcoal around the outside of the basket, not the inside.

I’m not exactly sure what this means. I think it’s due to your lack of punctuation. Are you grading the video a 2 or a 3? Is that out of 10? Or saying I should have made the dough? Or claiming I went to a video store (which do not exist anymore?) Please clarify. Either way, thanks for watching!
