Hey HD. I like your French bread pizza. I like my pepperoni under the cheese and then another layer on top of the cheese. I also make some garlic butter for the bread, then lay my sauce etc...That's some good eating. Thanks for the video and GRIDDLE ON DUDE. Hows the trailer coming along??

I have one of these pizza ovens and I absolutely love it the only thing I have a problem is is trying to get my pizza off the peel when I'm launching it into the oven

What I use for flour is 50% All Trumps flour and 50% 00 flour yeast sea salt and honey.

Yeah its pretty expensive. Their new electric model on QVC seems more reasonable in cost, though I'd be concerned with quality.
