O & S Restaurant, located at Taman Paramount, PJ, is a popular kopitiam for the locals. It almost certainly packed during breakfast and lunch time. There are a wide selection of local street food, such as char kuey teow, asam laksa, apom balik, fried banana fritters, chicken rice, nasi lemak etc. You will be spoilt for choices here!

Aloha ! It is amazing to get all the different kinds of food there. Look so scumptious. I don't easily have access to such good food especially the nasi lemak as much as I do. So envious . Must try. Thank you for sharing.

第二次看你的Video,真的很惊讶你们2位竟然可以吃完那么多东西!哈哈!不过很好 没有浪费👍 我也很喜欢这间O&S 只是每次真的太多人,没位子坐。。那个Nasi Lemak的价钱真的吓到我,害我也想去吃 可是怕我跟着点 他会算我很贵(怀疑老板算错钱😅 有Sotong都很贵的啊!

你們的魚肉laksa這裡做不起因為我們只愛吃砂橯越laksa就是雞絲+蛋絲 ...我很喜歡吃血蛤但從來沒有看到有人賣nasi lemak +咖哩血蛤...其他的我們也有賣

Hi Nick. Thank you so much for this video. All the dishes you ordered looked so good and delicious. Several years ago, there was a famous Hokkien Mee on banana leaf only opened at night at this restaurant. It's one of the best in KL. Unfortunately it's closed. I miss it very much. Looking forward to your next video.

Hey Ronnie, been a while, hope you're fine! I'm not sure about the hokkien mee. Wonder if its at new location? Because it's very close to the Lao Ping and Ahwa hokkien mee. both of them told me they used to be at other kopitiam nearby.

这集很早起身啊,终于回到饮食主题了。日常早餐粥包粉面饭类之中,我最中意食油炸鬼配皮蛋瘦肉粥或鱼片粥,荷叶糯米鸡,布拉蛋肉肠粉,云吞面和大肉包。你们那里早餐有炸香蕉芋头很新奇哇,你们点那炒河粉放蛳蚶看上去也很好吃。还有,好奇喇沙是什么?

哈哈,因为马来西亚多元种族,所以食物,早餐种类很多。早餐我们也有吃粥的,就是每天换换口味。😂 以下是wikipedia对asam laksa的解释: 亞參叻沙的湯底是用甘文魚(ikan kembung)或馬鮫魚熬製的略帶酸味的濃湯,在熬製過程中,加入薑花、南薑、香茅、紅蔥頭、辣椒、叻沙葉(Daun Kesum)、峇拉煎(Belacan)、用羅望子製成的亞參膏和亞參果片(asam gelugur/asam keping)等[3]。其中「Asam」在馬來文中意味「酸」,也可表示羅望子和亞參果片,它們是亞參叻沙酸味的主要來源。待湯底熬出味道後,將鍋裡的魚撈起,去其骨與頭尾,將魚肉撕成碎細狀,再倒入湯內繼續熬煮。接下來將瀨粉燙熟,放置在碗內,再加上已切成絲或碎片的鳳梨、黃瓜、洋蔥、萵苣、薑花、辣椒等材料,再淋上熬好的湯底,享用時,倒入約一湯匙的蝦膏進行攪拌。蝦膏帶有甜味,倒入越多的蝦膏,甜味就越明顯。但並不是所有地方的人在享用亞參叻沙時,都會加入蝦膏,如江沙叻沙(Kuala Kangsar Laksa)是不加入蝦膏的。為因應不同地方人民的口味,各地所販售的亞參叻沙,其酸度、辣度和甜度都會有所差異,不過相較於咖哩叻沙(Curry Laksa)、砂拉越叻沙(Sarawak Laksa)和東海岸叻沙(Pantai Timur Laksa),亞參叻沙的味道是較酸也較辣。

Nasi lemak cheap and very delicious. The laksa if add in ginger flower and peppermint leaves will even taste more yummy, will it be too sweet if add too much prawn paste in it? Fried Nian gou also yummy yummy and not too expensive! 😋😋😋

Nice video, so many varieties of food stalls in one restaurant. A lot of food for breakfast. Luckily, you have your “makan kaki” finishing them. Love to try the niao gao n apam balik , light for breakfast! Keep it up!👍👍❤️

之前系ICC證件部門排隊時和前面的婆婆聊天,得知以前她年輕時期賣的亞叁叻沙甘夢魚先泡在鹽冰水裡數日讓魚肉熟成,據說熬出來的叻沙湯香氣較濃。聽了口水直流

Vicky, 我google咗: 三间庄猪肉丸嘅名来源系源自于吉隆坡茨场那度,行街附近嘅“指天街”(宜家已经改称敦陈祯禄路,Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock)大家购物中心后方一排店屋,因位处转角,只有三间店面相连而得名。 当时嗰一带有好多店家都喺售卖各式汤面,其中有一间店家所贩售嘅猪肉丸粉好出名,佢嘅猪肉丸咪圆嘅,而系做一排一格格嘅长方形,由于加咗面粉,就呈现白色,其肉质都打到好弹牙爽口。 呢种猪肉丸粉深受乡里欢迎,喺食时褦汤牛河或者米粉,再配上几片烧肠,呢成为三间庄猪肉丸嘅雏形。 收尾嗰一带嘅铺头屋因都仲因素而畀拆除,改建成大家购物中心(Kotaraya)后方嘅M记。 虽然原本三间庄已消失喺吉隆坡嘅发展洪流内,但系其法就依然系畀流传落嚟,令到吉隆坡各地依然系出现打紧“三间庄”名号嘅猪肉丸粉店家,令到长条形嘅猪肉丸成为吉隆坡猪肉丸粉[2]。
